Primary Sources are Not Boring!
Hello, I was surprised to hear one of the presenters include primary sources in a list of resources that are boring to students. Using historic photos are extremely engaging to students, using part of a Civil War soldier's letters home, etc.

Literacy In Every Class
This validated so many of the activities in my classroom and gave me more to add. Thank you for all of the encouragement and ideas. Sometimes it takes time to include literacy but it is worth it. I still need to look up the Pinwheel activity. It sounds complicated but you all said it was fun.
